Hey mate, finally made some traction with MM. 13PM went through fine and offered the original price of £710. Got onto the phone with MM regarding my wife’s 13P which kept getting rejected and he had a word with the valuer, who said there was a huge scratch on the lower left camera lens. Rejected the device and said they will not overturn the decision. Took my phone back out, wiped it clean (again) and can confirm there is not a single mark. Whilst the door was open on the kiosk I had a nosey inside and noticed a HUGEEEEEE inch long scratch on the screen where you place your phone. I reinserted the phone the opposite way (face up and rear camera lens facing me). Within 2 mins I was offered the original price of £660. Absolute joke of a company, they seriously need to improve their overall process and efficiency. Good news is payment is in my bank account for both phones 😊
Thinking about it, wasn’t there a member on the forum earlier who had a PM purple he didn’t want in Brighton also 🤣🧐
I'm pleased to see that MM have corrected the issue from the weekend with the bounced BACS payments I'm not suprised that was a worrying time for those of you affected by this.
I've sold my 13 pro to Rebuy for £697, which I had booked today for it to be collected but I didn't receive any collection details about it from DPD!
I spoke to the DPD driver today when he arrived at my work to do the collections of our parcels and he knew nothing about my collection, I'm hoping it comes through for tomorrow now.
Has anyone else had this happen when they sold to Rebuy?

I was supposedly booked in for today too but got no notification from DPD. Messaged them and they advised today’s collections were delayed until tomorrow due to the Queens funeral yesterday. Tomorrow will tell I guess.
I’ve returned the graphite back to store 3 hours after it arrivedtoo close to silver for me.

Now I was only saying it in jest that their kiosk needs a clean! You should report it to them! Which Asda was it?
I ordered on pre order day, but couldn’t get into the store until about 1.08pm, so I got a ‘26th September to 3rd of October“ slot.
Sorry mate, just examined it, tried it on with the midnight leather link and it just didn’t sit right. So back in box it went and drove to the local Apple Store and get my money back. Really wanted a darker colour so the Hermes is the only option
I think it could be returned orders but unopened boxes. My pre order experience was a bit of a mess, ended up with two orders for last Friday pickup, returned one of them after setting up the other without issue. Never opened the box so I assume some lucky person managed to snatch it from Regent Street stock.
Not in the flesh, only seems to be at the regent st store.
From all accounts it’s the same watch as the space black when it was available in non Hermes.
The price is all in the strap! Crazy prices but looking forward to a high quality leather strap. Won’t be selling this Watch for a good few years now.
Hermes sell a key ring for the air tag for a bargain price of £300!!
