Thanks. Same link I had, but had to ask as 1hr ago I tried to reserve and got a message like "sorry not available at the moment". how many days do they keep the reservation for? When I called Apple few months ago, they told me isn't possible to reserve....possibly because they meant at launch?Check iPhone Availability - Apple

thank you for all your advice over last few weeks , having iPhones since the 4 there’s always something new to bounce off you guys and gals , noticing a nice jump in speed etc from the 12 pro to the 14 pro , also the daunting task of the screen protector went effortlessly, haven’t tried to do one in years as I had more bubbles then at neverland , thanks for your advice on the spigen ez, to ease my man flu at the minute I have the pro 2’s coming tomorrow, got £91.00 for my pro1 non MagSafe from cex to soften the blow.

Phone was in great condition, bar one scratch on the outside of the frame on the left, where it was clearly marked (not hugely noticeable)
They offered £466 based on the information I gave them
DPD collected it yesterday, emailed this morning to say they got it, then email this afternoon saying here's your money

Not sure on what to do….stick with Amazon order (est delivery 5 Oct - 3 Nov, already charged) or get refund and go hunting online for stock. I have a large amount of credit on Amazon though…..which I’d need to convert in Apple Gift card for the latter.
Be careful with that. I did exactly the same, they let me order 1 card for £500 and just kept cancelling the rest due to anti money laundering! lol
I would cancel Jl and Currys and ao must be due for a batch to come in they have had none for ages

Wait till the 5th October and see if there’s an update on your Amazon order as you have the credit on Amazon / have the money pending. I mean it doesn’t hurt to keep checking the apple reservations as well and if you do happen to make a reservation you can always cancel your Amazon one
Thank you, really helpful. And that’s why I placed an order with Amazon w/o thinking twice as at least they can’t deny their own gift cards/credit. I suspected I could have encountered issues with such large amount apple gift cards.

But I have my Amazon credit tied up with Amazon order and deffo want to use it for this purchase….so need Apple gift cards straight after I cancel the Amazon order to pay in Store….

I then requested a phone call back, this time was told there were no restirctions on my account and this would be apple cancelling the orders? I then questioned this and finally was told it was anti money laundering... I just gave up trying in the end.
O_O crazy, they don’t let you buy a second Apple gift card with your own Amazon credit.

I would have thought for the day you reserved it. Yes but you need to keep refreshing the page or go back and forth. This happened to me a lot too but if you keep trying it does eventually let you through if there’s still stock! Good luck!
