Oddly, the frosted Peel case arrived first despite being dispatched second. The clear case will arrive in the next couple of days, I guess once it clears customs.

To the poster that asked regarding weight, it adds a couple grams to the overall weight.

So nice having the thin case back. Really helps keep the Max size manageable.

Would you kindly do the same pics once your clear soft comes? I’m very interested thanks!

I don’t feel the least bit guilty returning the odd item to Apple and you shouldn’t either.

It's not the cost to Apple for me, so much as the impact on the people waiting in line to get hold of whatever they've ordered.

Got my 14 PM this aft and set up/transfer from my 11 went so smoothly, best set up I’ve done. Was so pleased but I’ve just noticed that it looks like all of my photos didn’t transfer over? I did a straight phone to phone transfer and I have almost 25000 photos/videos on my phone but on my new one I have around 600 less? Anyone any ideas? TIA 😭
Edited to add - it’s not a memory thing as I have plenty left.

Maybe they should have new items on display instore for a week or two before orders open to let people go in and see everything, try them for size, etc.

That would be great - even if dummy/non working models to see colours and size. It was picking a colour I really struggled with this year. You never can really see what it is like until in your hand.

Do you think? I back up to iCloud but I don’t delete from my phone and I didn’t set up the new phone from iCloud so I didn’t think it could be that? I don’t want to delete my old phone because I don’t know which photos it’s deleted.

Have a look in icloud.com, how many does it show there?

Are you using just the free 5GB iCloud or paid? Cause if it’s full it could be something to do with that?

What price do you have atm. You don’t have to change the tariff if you’re happy on it. It will just roll over

It’s a 25.00 pm one I had discount on it , I’m being made redundant end of October so trying to get some bills down

No don’t have vm, yes was looking to lower it.

That's a good point. The 50GB tier of storage isn't that much, just 79p.

Do you use iCloud Photo Library? If so turn off optimise photo storage and they should all download. If your not using it I’m not sure.

I restored from Mac backup today to new phone. But use iCloud Photo Library

There is no impact. They are just as capable as any of us in sourcing a replacement product. Those waiting have promised delivery dates. They are not pushed back by people who make returns.

It’s probably worth giving retentions a call and discuss what options you could have for you. Really brilliant company they will do anything to keep your custom. I myself am loyal to o2 been with them forever and I’m currently on a £8 pm sim only

asking for a PAC normally gets retentions to swing into action with deals.
