Bought the mrs the ezfit so will see how that looks on here’s before I decide on that vs armorite again

Ezfit for me.
Took ESR Armorite off both devices. Ezfit is thinner and attracts less dust.
And you get more case lip with it being thinner.
Just one to throw in. If anyone uses the watch to unlock their Mac and finding after transferring to new phone that it will not longer activate on the Mac just unpair the watch then restore from backup.
I have found when you do the direct transfer it logs you out of iCloud and doesn’t properly log you back in. It can also stop shortcut routines working on the watch if you have any set up.

So when I got my Ultra I had preordered it with the small orange Alpine band which ended up being too small. I ended up ordering a medium sized orange Alpine band which was delivered a few days ago. I decided to try and just replace the band that came with the watch. I went to the Apple store yesterday after work hoping to either swap out the band or just get a refund on it and keep the medium one I got separately.
The sales assistant told me while the system would allow swapping out the bands for the Series 8 it wasn’t possible with the Ultras. He said with the Series 8’s the watch and band are separate items but with the Ultras they are one item. The only option would be to swap out the whole watch which I really didn’t want to do but that was my only choice. He happened to mention they had one with the S/M blue/grey trail loop in stock. I should have tried one on first but I decided to just exchange mine for that one instead.
The S/M trail loop also seems a little small for me and maybe the M/L would be better. Anyway I set up the new one this morning. My bank cards added fine even my credit card which I had to call to add previously. I still had to go through the same faff with EE and being on hold for thirty minutes before getting through. Luckily this time the first line support was able to sort it out unlike last time when it was second line. I’m not sure if the S/M trail loop is right and maybe I should have waited for the M/L but it works fine and I think I’m just going to stick with it.

Darn it DPD didn’t even deliver my AirPods to my address this morning. Gone straight to a local coop pick up shop. Wonder how long it takes for them to get the items. 😩
I went with the Spigen AlignMaster this time and it has been fantastic.
I hate it that DPD don’t attempt to redeliver and take it straight to the nearest DPD pickup shop. Mine is a bit of a trek for me.
