They should be able to add via AppStore app. That’s where all mine were added via.
Unfortunately for me it's 1pm sharp start for me. I have to work like nothing has happened so it's practically impossible for me to get a pre-order in if I went through Apple directly. Honestly it could't of been at a worse time for me.Sorted here too!

Yeah do that. I complained about that yesterday, requested a refund and retried and eventually got £500 increments.
I upgraded to Special next day delivery guaranteed by by 1330 and it still took RM/MM 3 days to receive it + another 2 days to process it. Think they are overloaded right now

If you’ve saved your pre-order you’ll need to access that and then finalise the purchase. The pain is usually the difficulty of getting into the store once it comes back online.What can I expect to see when the pre-order goes live? Will it be a screen with a buy button to hit? I know I have to be quick, and want to be prepared on what i'll have to click

FYI, taking pics with the new 48mp camera will take up 3x more space so around 75mb per pic. Just something to ponder whilst choosing storage sizes...
Do you know / can you recall what happens if you happen to have more than one pre order? Do you need to check out individually or do they go in the cart?
