Let’s talk about the mesmerising hydrophobic coating on the iPhone 14PM. A drop of water landed on the screen and it was so fascinating to see it move seemlessy till the edge, then to the stainless steel frame, without breaking, without leaving a single trace.

6S was crap with that regard, a step below my 3GS which was remarkable.

Ok .. the notch! I have premium carrot weather but nothing seems to appear in the notch or live updates (I just get a notificatio). Am I missing something or does it only appear when there’s bad weather in the way?
Thanks 🙂
Only appears when rain is predicted. Doesn't show any other live activity AFAIK.

Question re. Barclays iUP.

Every year when you upgrade, do they close the credit file entry and start a new one with every upgrade? For example, with EE, when you upgrade the phone, the credit file entry remains from the day you opened the account?

I wouldn't want a new credit entry on my account every single year as they stay there for 6 years once settled.

No idea re Barclays iUP but with EE only one credit file from day one.

My EE account is from 2012 when T Mobile was taken over. Not seen any new credit search or closed account entry and i upgrade every year.

...that's quite a few you have racked up now - surely that must be more than a certain someone else by now (from what I've seen!)!!!

I posted in the incorrect forum.

My fault no argument there.

Talking about that certain someone they might have done something extremely wrong that they were not allowed back. Other members including myself requested Mods and Admins to allow that certain someone back but i guess that certain someone left Mods and Admins no choice but to take an extreme decision.

Each iup or Barclays 24m is a new agreement.. but don’t do iup and make apple even richer

Saluti da Roma!

The PM is a beast, out all day in the city, lots of touristy stuff, gps going, camera on all day, photos and videos and only hit 50% battery!!

Photos look great too! The mrs has my old 12 and son the X and the improvements over those few years are stunning.

Finally picked up my 14 pro space black!

First impression as someone coming from the regular 12. Weight difference is less than I expected, noticeable difference but not cumbersome. Dynamic island is a lot less noticeable than the notch for me, though I have the larger notch not the 13s reduced notch. Colour is a lot more grey and less black in person, especially as my 12 is in black, but I like it a lot more than my 12s black.

Won't do the full data transfer till tomorrow!

Interesting. Mine still shows a date range, even though it has shipped.
Initially, when I received my shipment notification was stating a date range of 31st to 7th, half-hour later it changed to Monday, I am going to assume you'll still get another update later confirming the date, hopefully, it'll also state Monday for you as well.
