The silver is neutral and classy but definitely brighter than the space black. Depends on what kind of case you’ll be putting it in? I saw a video of the space black and it’s really dark and the sides are very blingy too!

yeah i think it will be over the phone only. online they have never done it from memory.
I have always been a reckless, caseless nomad! So I think that's why I think it's more of an agonising decision - if I was putting it straight in a case I doubt I'd care all that much as the sides/back are covered anyway.
Have you had silver models of 12 or 13 Pro models? Are the sides like, super shiny mirrors?
It’s a personal and subjective thing but I like the silver to match my silver Mbp14 for it’s retro look and the cameras pop. I’m ordering the space black for my other half because he loves how dark it is compared to his current graphite.
I also do not use a case, and I’ve been Silver since the 5s.. but indeed, I agree, it looks too blingy for me now the sides are flat (I’m coming from an 11 pro) so I’m going for Space Black this time round.
Out with the old and in with the new, comparing it to my 13 Pro Max case there’s a couple notable differences, larger camera cutout and the lock button has been moved down ever so slightly.

I’m moving down to the pro from the max. Battery life should be fine. I only need a full day. My 13pm did nearly 2. It it’s not necessary. I just want to decrease the size and weight of that thing.

@MacMandy You have the same set up as what I was aiming for (silver MBP14 w/ silver iPhone) and think it looks good/matches despite the iPhone being more white/glass with steel edges vs aluminium of Mac, right?
But @Lukkee24 you make an excellent point about it looking too blingy - BUT you haven't actually had/used a silver since the went shiny/flat in the 12 series, right, so you're basing your thoughts on pictures like myself?
no, they seem to come separately now so won't be bundled (in my recent experience)

I’m actually ordering deep purple for myself. It’s my favourite colour and I’ve wanted a purple pro for yonks! Silver would be my second choice. I also use Apple cases or a clear spigen when out of the house.

Yeah that's how I'm feeling - besides with MagSafe I can just grab an Anker charger and top up as I need. I'm not a particularly heavy user but I do appreciate not having to charge my phone as much!

I have the Apple battery pack and if I know it’s going to be a heavy day, I attach it at the start and then take it off when it’s empty, or I keep it in my bag to add some charge whilst it’s in my bag. I’ve been using a temp reg 13 for a couple of weeks since I sold my 13pm and the size is lovely and fits much better in places. The battery has lasted me all day and the 14 pro battery is even better.
