Very interesting this.

I'm a heavy user of my 14 pro and it's been charged every night, regardless of %, to 100% using the old 5w charger and I've only just dropped to 99%.

Do you wirelessly charge?

Yeah - I’ve never really needed the fancy features of third party apps so I guess that’s another reason. My wife prefers the Outlook app which feels a tad messy to me. Especially when you start adding multiple email accounts to it

Just tried the Mail app and find it not the cleanest app to use especially with G Mail accounts
Maybe I should try Outlook

Ouch you guys, just checked mine and its still 100% - I don't use wireless charging but I do leave it plugged in overnight whilst I sleep, optimised charging and all that

For anyone who purchased the 14 Pro Max on launch day. How is your battery health?
Just checked and my phone is 91%. I am a bit surprised at this as it’s not a year old yet.

Launch iPhone 14 pro and it is at 92%. I charge overnight on an apple magsafe and top up during the day with apple plug and cable. Kinda annoying it’s degraded so fast recently. I want to pass this phone on to my Pops, have AppleCare+ but they won’t replace battery

95% 😮. And I take (somewhat) care to maintain a 20-80% charge rate. I’ve been wondering why the battery has been lasting as long… now I know. Pretty sure my 13PM was on 97% in September 2022.

I think mine was on 95% around 4 weeks ago. I'm not sure what happened, although I am not really bothered as I upgrade every year. Just seems to be this time has been the biggest drop in battery health I have noticed.

Sounds like a dodgy battery. I heavily use my 14 pro, which has nowhere near the battery size of the pro max, and i’m at 97%.

Never used Apple's Magsafe charger - always charged mine on a wired plug-in charger and occasionally on an Anker wireless charger.

Been sticking it on the belkin 3-1 pretty much every night and don’t have any specific care plan around charging.

The PM battery life is huge for me, can get to the evening and still have 40%

Probably more of an indication of my usage tbh but am in the office more now so using more 5G in the day

My launch day 14P was on 98% in March when I smashed the back and got a new one under AC+

New one unsurprisingly still on 100%
