I am thinking the 15 will be my last for a few years. The big upgrade this year for me is USBC. Yes it is inferior in some respect to lightning but with iPad and MBP and most other devices being USBC it is a pain carrying around extra cables for phone. Will be nice to be able to unplug from 3 in 1 stand and plug straight into phone for fast charge.

like most years, I really don't have a compelling need to upgrade but I've been saying that for the last 13 years!

I've been wireless charging 99% of the time with the 14.. even got that mag safe duo (sucker I know) but works well for work travel and holiday times when I just need one thing to charge phone, pods and watch.


if the rumoured 16 size increases do materialise, I might have to go down again in 2024

So I downloaded the Music Magpie App as my quote wasn't visible online and a 2nd quote appeared worth £850 that I must have did a long time ago. It let me Save It and now has 14 days expiry left. Result...

I keep getting the popup for VIP for 3 months free, persist long enough you should get the popup then be able to extend the 3 months.

yeah, pretty sure I do that each September... helps to keep track of this thread on the go.. plus you can uploads multiple pics and better quality ones

This year I need to buy two but the wife's needs to come out the business not sure I can handle 2 separate transactions. May have to put both through the business or train the wife!

I don’t either. But this bloody thread got me thinking and now I have locked my iPhone 14p for £715 at Music Magpie. I have £275 in apple vouchers already and due between £400-600 on my Birthday in a month so it looks like an upgrade is free!

Doubt I’ll be upgrading myself this year as I’m relatively happy with my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Actually going the other way this year. Pro to Pro Max. Using my iPad less and less so thought I may as well get the bigger phone. The periscope camera on the Max is also a major factor.
