Can somebody tell me if I have got my maths hideously wrong.

I bought a 14 Pro including "AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss" on Barclays Partner Finance starting in 2022, with the total finance value being £1458.

By the time I get my 15 Pro, let's say I've made 11 payments, so that is £60.74 * 12 = £728.88.

But my understanding is that I can get a refund on AppleCare+ because I've paid for it for 3 years, does that apply in this case?

I have to settle the Barclays account, which must be £1458 - £728.88 = £729.12 to settle.

I have £715 locked in with MusicMagpie, so by my Maths that means I've spent £728.88 + £729.12 - £715 = £743 to own the phone for a year. Does that seem reasonable?

Rejoining the thread for a few weeks during the launch!. Got a £200 Amazon voucher + £670 locked in on MM for my 14Pro.

I'll be in LA on Sept 23rd. Will see what the cost difference is & Sim tray Situation before deciding whether to get it from AmazonUK or Apple in the US.

£1458 - £715 = £743 went out of your pocket.

AC+ is a pro rate refund so you get roughly half of it back

Not sure why I was only paying £54 for a Pro Max per month unless I paid the AC+ upfront.
Your figures do seem roughly bang on

What's everyone doing if the event invite shows the colours and there are only these 3:

I am totally not excited about iPhone 15 hype.

Either something is wrong with me or some one aka Jinjin needs to start a new iPhone 15 thread and pick an argument with you know who cant be named.

That oomph is missing this year.
I'm with you.. but I've got a larger preorder bug this year... has defo taken the shine of the phone knowing that's 3 months away.

the hype will come though, you know it will..

Taycan over iPhone any day lol.

Is getting an EV effecting your car insurance premium significantly?
