I am working from home tomorrow . I learnt my lesson from last year, going into the office an hour early, leaving an hour early and then getting stuck in car crash traffic on the way back, missing half the keynote.
Working 8-4 nowadays and being 15 mins away from work is just that added bonus now 😏

we've been told we have to do 2 days minimum in the office... started off this year by deciding that I'm going to get in early and leave early... harsh lesson learnt... get in at 7am... you still leave after 5pm...

Feel like this is an "elephant in the room" question as I'm sure some have considered it;

Buy an iPhone now from Apple/Amazon until the new 15 gets here then return within the 14 day window? It sounds wrong but I'm sure it goes on. Do Apple/Amazon just resell them as a renewed item? Is there an "acceptable" number of this activity going on? Not done it myself but just now looking at iPhone Mini's on Amazon and saw their 30 day free returns?...

That is me but WFH on US hybrid hours. Do normally about 12pm-8pm. Sometimes think oh I'll start at 10am and finish at 6pm as no meetings...nope start at 10am and finish at 9pm or 10pm as some s*** normally goes down that they 'need' me for lol

Have to admit only Apple happily let you have it for 14 days, use it and bring it back no question ( as long as you’ve not damaged it)

Can’t imagine anyone else being this happy to do so

Eeek! It's not long now y'all.

I see more familiar faces are posting in the thread... 👋

I'm TOTALLY content with my 14 Pro Max and Ultra, but I'm tempted by USB-C and any other accessories that might be announced - I'm rocking the OG AirPods Pros. 🤔

Me calling the accountant in the morning: "A write-off is "when you buy something for your business and the government pays you back for it"... right?" :D

Good night everyone! See you all tomorrow evening!

Had a nightmare trading in my 14PM this year - MM kiosk downgraded my value from £700 to £500 and when I tried it again after cleaning the phone abit more £200! So I gave up on them.

Took it to Carphone warehouse who were offering £670, but their system wouldn’t accept my IMEI number, apparently it’s happened a lot, he took me over to the curry’s till to do it there only telling me at the very end it was a curry’s gift card!

So I thought I’ve nothing to lose and tried my luck on FB marketplace, within minutes had several obvious scams but someone genuine offered me the £700 I was after and collected it a couple of hours later. I usually hate selling on marketplace but worked out well this time.

I’m travelling to the US on Wednesday for a week so I’ll have to get up in the early hours trying to get a launch day delivery which will hopefully arrive the day after I return home! 😃 hopefully new airpods launch straight away and I can pick some up a few £ cheaper over there!

Do we have any codes for MM? I added my phone the basket a while back and kept saving so it has decent price but and extra £10/£20 etc would be nice.!!
