The DPD app finally shows that they are expecting the parcel soon. (iPhone 15 pro max from Apple)
Just to let you know if anyone is still looking for next day delievery, I have just ordered a 256Gb PM in Titanium finish from giff gaff. If you keep checking stock seems to be coming and going all day and you have to be quick once one appears. Its coming with DPD. It does carry £70 extra from other prices though.

DPD tracking app has just updated. Still waiting for order details but it’s looking promising for it to arrive tomorrow as promised!

You need the QR code sent by mail/app when ready to pick up, so I'd say you can't.

Me too. DPD app and website finally updated at 3.30pm so it looks like it's actually happening.
Without wishing to tempt fate, this will be my first ever pre-order-arrive-on-launch-day iPhone so I'm pretty excited! 😊

My watch was dispatched this morning but no tracking for my phone because it’s a store pick up. Got DHL again 🙄 all my Apple products seem to come via DHL, the last two times they’ve arrived 1hr before my time slot which is a bit annoying because I’ll be in another city picking up my phone. Other half will be at home upstairs working and probably won’t hear the door knowing my luck if it didn’t come within the time slot.
Are Apple still funny about store pick up times? I tried to get my Watch 30 mins early a couple of years ago (Meadowhall) because I wanted to get the next train back but they wouldn’t let me in. 😂 It was 2021 though so might have been due to the pandemic?
Do we need to update to IOS17 before backing up and transferring or can we leave it?

If picking up tomorrow you’ll probably get an email this evening. Although you should already be able to add it to Wallet from your order confirmation in the Apple Store app
They usually are on the release days because the slots are all full, so someone coming in early means someone booked in that slot has to wait.
I've turned up about 15min early before (last year I think): I just said to the guy on the door that I was there to pick up an order but was a bit early and was prepared to come back in a bit if required and he let me in anyway. I guess it depends on how busy they are, but during the pandemic they were pretty strict because of not wanting too many people in the shop at once.

You will get it as soon as your order is ready, so I'd say at last when your Apple Store opens tomorrow. I saw on the US thread that some people had got their mail already.
I haven't got mine yet.

As Johnyslats says you can get the code from a link in the order details in the Store app: tap on the link and it'll offer to add it to Wallet. I've already got mine even though I don't collect until Saturday.
