Oh yeah, you're right, my iPad showed Syncreon and was delivered by UKMail, forgot that.
 
Apple have taken the money from my account even though my pre-order is processing and delivery date is Oct 5th.
Do they usually do this?

When I ordered my macbook air earlier this year, there was a slight delay because they merged orders before getting tracking number. The other item was a free itunes voucher. They came together but in separate packages so why they had to merge heaven only knows.

Shouting improved the time, it was still a 20 minute call because he took long to tell me the deal. He also liked to pluralize my name. When I was with Tesco Mobile I actually spoke to English people and they didn't try and sell me deals, and if they did at least they could pronounce it without adding "ing" to the end of it :p
