Yes, lots of trouble. Lady on the phone tried to tell me that 4G was rubbish, I wouldn't get a phone for 3 months and that 4G was starting in Birmingham only. Took about 20 minutes, I was just polite and persistent and in the end they just gave up the spiel.

Have you tried the business mail site instead?
Mine didn't track for ages then last night about 11pm it showed on there. I think you might find because so many people are trying it that it probably has gone down.
Don't bother with Syncreons site though - Won't be any help whatsoever.

It hasn't been scanned to send out for delivery yet, I wonder if I could ring and get it held. That way I can collect it after my meeting .... Hmm
I'm going to wait until 9am and see if it changes to out for delivery. If not i'll get it held over and collect it. I think you can collect it up to 6pm but not Saturday or Sunday.
Nope, im in the same situation as you bud. Ordered early Friday as well
My ETA only JUST came through (2:20-3:20pm!), so I wouldn't worry : )
8 hours to go............7 hours 59 minutes to go.........don't anybody put on here yours is delivered!
Security Scan out means that its being loaded onto a van or awaiting a delivery driver. Not that it is out for delivery.
Its the stage before 'Out For Delivery'

Bit angry at the moment as two being delivered by DPD had calling cards left even though 4 people were in the house, doorbell wasn't rung or anything! If anyone else has similar problems, get in touch with them on twitter, they seem to be working fast through messages on there.
