Never seen so many delivery vans go up and down our - usually quiet - road. They're not even DPD, UPS etc. We've had Argos, Homebase, SCS. Taunting.

The Royal mail van has been and gone, no parcel for me today with them.... now what?? I cant track UKMail site, so will it come with another courier? I ordered at 0810 on the friday morning too!

If it's UKMail, it won't come by Royal Mail van... different companies.

after 600,000 phone calls I finally got a tracking number from t-mobile.. except, now suddenly its not uk mail, its royal mail..

however, apparently this number tracks and it's out for delivery.. guess we'll see.

Syncreon says just Estimated Delivery Date, which is indeed today. Apple says Out for Delivery. Having shipped at my office in Hammersmith, I have to work today so I won't be waiting too hardly

Went to t mobile store this morning and got my replacement nano sim for £10. Just waiting for it to activate and for my phone to be delivered from UKmail! Hope they hurry up

Yeah, phone just turned up - despite being told on the phone I wouldn't be getting it today. Other half's Orange one came as well.

Anyone in Wolverhampton/West Midlands area waiting for UPS delivery from Tamworth? mine left the Tamworth depot at 5:33am apparently.

Im in Great Barr, North Birmingham awaiting UPS too. My last experience with UPS was for the iPad launch... and it came a day early but left Tamworth very early and arrived to me for about 1/1:30pm.

Yeah he made me pay for it (I was expecting it) but I disagree with us, and planning to speak to CS about getting it credited back.
He did say he did the Sim transfer, he was doing something on his computer for a long time...but doesnt look like anything is done

I think Orange has a sim card transfer form on there website. If EE is as partnered as they say they are you may be able to transfer it on there.

Good Luck with CS - Tried 150 this morning to get through to Technical Support. Got Cut off 3 times - Gave up.

Goodbye T-Mobile. lol.

My friend got a text saying his will be delivered Monday, about 5 mins later it got delivered.

Been told right up until last night delivery was today. I've taken the day of work to ensure i was here for delivery as i'm not around next week. This is what is annoying me. If id been told originally it would be Monday that would have been ok. I've a busy schedule and havent time to waste being messed around.

Anyone bought their phone with apple care and had it delivered? My uk mail tracking says 2 items (but one consignment number) should I expect 1 or 2 packets?

Ok on Apple's website take the "Tracking Number" go to UKMail's main website

https://www.ukmail.com/

place the tracking number into the "Reference Number Box" you should see your package.

There should also be a Consignment Number starting with "3" copy that, and go here

Place the consignment number into ze box.

Check tracking for UK Mail's main website first , because it will show you whether or not it's out for delivery

Mine left Tamworth at 6:48am so ours must be in separate vans! Only 4 miles away and still waiting for delivery

Coventry here. Close enough. I usually see a UPS van around my area 10 - 11. Hopefully it'll be the same today. Its always the same guy too.

Mine is also in tamworth. Left at 6.57am from depo.

UPS normally take their time coming to Walsall due to traffic... but the M6 was empty on my way to work to bham. So many people took today off work for the IP5
