really? the world is going to hell in a handcart, the economy is up the spout and the future is so bleak that no one is going to be wearing shades for a long time... and you really begrudge some of us finding a brief ray of joy in something as simple as waiting for a new phone?i think it's not us that are pathetic but it's you that takes the time to sit here and read all the comments by everyone that you so despise so you can rain on our parade. its not like we're forcing you to read this thread y'know?
i seem to recall they tend to get new stock on thursdays or fridays as well, from when i called them a year or two ago.
Went into the T mobile store this morning to get a replacement sim, no queue - massive one for the Apple store though, people with duvets around them lol!
Anyways, im slightly concerned as the dude at T Mobile gave me the nano sim card, said I would loose signal on my micro-sim more or less straightaway, its been about an hour....and I still have signal.
He didnt really explain anything to me - I had to keep asking the questions, he didnt even know if they had any adaptors - then eventually found one!
Kinda unprofessional, but nevermind as long as I have the sim

Waiting on my delivery from UPS too. Just walked past the door and saw a yellow object sticking out the letterbox, my heart almost sank. You can't imagine my joy when I realised it was only a charity bag!

I've had NO text yet AND i live on a very main road, surrounded by shops that get deliveries every day from Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UK Mail, UPS, DPD, you name it.
i think i'll sit in a corner and rock back and forth..

Did he make you pay for it? Did he do a Sim Transfer in store with you there?
but the important question is: does Safari feel any snappier?
Not at all if you are coming from the 4S
my One X is faster loading web pages.Never had this trouble at a launch before, first rime with t-mob and they are seriously terrible. Would not reccomend, absolute failure to keep you informed.

Just to let everyone know i have just got my phone from T-Mobile, even though they said my order was still processing and never got any texts or emails, it actually arrived via UKMail.
I asked the man why I hadn't received any information about it and he said because it was an extra and hadn't entered the system!
It arrived 9:17 I am not too far from London if that helps

For the Business Post site you need your consignment number which starts with a 3 - it's longer than the other one. Sadly you can only get this from the UK Mail website, so if you don't have it already....doesn't really help
