Lost all hope now. Has anyone argued with Orange customer services recently? Have they stopped denying the existence of the iPhone 5, or that they have any stock or have delivered to any customers at all?
pre-orders from orange
has anyone received a pre-order from orange. I ordered saturday on a monthly contract, no confirmation email or no tracking info. Only an order number which when track with orange shop says being readied for delivery which could mean anything. Does anyone have any info about Orange Pre-orders?

My black one has just come, no scratches, chips or anything.

Mine arrives at about 10am from UKMail here is Basildon. As soon as I opened the door, the delivery guy said, "Look at that smile on your face" haha. He knew!
Must be a different van as someone's been in all morning here. Bit odd you would think they would put all the delivers in one area together.
Only a couple of miles from you (Corringham) and the UKMail tracker says mine went out for delivery at 0640 and still no sign yet. Too much chatting from the likes of you holding it up I think

haha im in the exact same situation, I phoned orange yesterday and spoke to someone who told me that my order had been processed although I had no confirmation email at all, she said that orange had received 56,000 calls about the iphone5 yesterday alone. Yet there is no tracking info or order info that I can gauge any sort of idea as to when I will get it. Orange are supposed to be the Uk's number 1.

I've always found the 'need to go to the loo but don't want to miss the delivery' dilemma hard enough to deal with - as a non-smoker I can barely imagine what you are going through.
I'm sat in Stratford E15, and nothing yet at all... plenty of vans driving up and down the street annoying me. It's the most boring wait..

Got my upgrade. Like you no communication except a text this morning saying it would arrive on Monday. Arrived a couple of hours later. Pleased but surprised. I ordered about 8.50ish on Friday, but my order was messed up. Sorted out by manager first thing Monday so they must have put me back in the queue at my original place as it was their mess up.
Same, all they said on the phone is within 3 days and you'll get a text first, some people have had delivery without a text but most of those were royal mail special delivery, which is meant to be before 1pm. not much hope for today but ukmail deliver up to 8pm so I'm gonna have to wait in just in case

Mines arrived but yet to see my black one. Even if its perfect, quite likely to chip overtime by the looks if it. Annoying since I never use a case, and have always found the white one exceptionally meh, this time more than ever. Its all subjective, I'm not denigrating any white purchases, its personal preference after all. Point being, chipped paint or not, the white was never an option for me.
