I was flirting with the idea of calling in sick today, but after hearing nothing at all and getting a meaningless jumble of script-babble every time I called, I thought I better ring this morning and check if it was going to be sent.
No, definitely not. You'll definitely get a text, they said. Maybe tomorrow, maybe Monday.
So, I'm in work (coincidentally with a huge bloody hangover) and decide to ring up. It has been dispatched. Oh, and here's the tracking number. Oh, and they tried to deliver it about half an hour after I left for work.

I got mine really early and very pleased but did have a panic when I unwrapped mine and took the cellophane off there was a mark like a scratch on the back at the bottom about 3 mm long. I tried to remove it with a fingernail and it didn't go so I was seriously miffed until i used a cotton bud and a bit of cleaner and it eventually disappeared. At one stage my wife called upstairs and asked what I was swearing at. Phewwwwww.

You should see how many cigarettes I've gone through this morning since 7am LOL, I started pacing at one point.
UK Mail came around Midday, they had my package out for delivery around 07:25am and it took until Midday to travel 34 mins

Hoping my delivery will be in the morning. I am working in the Middle East at the moment but luckily my wife is flying out to visit me on Friday. Her train leaves for London at 2 pm so I am hoping for an early delivery so that she can bring it with her. If delivery is in the afternoon or later, I won't get it until I get back at the end of October.
It was delivered this morning so I will get my my Iphone5 tomorrow.
Argh. Incredibly disappointed: I get back at 2pm for my delivery due between 2:20 to 3:20 to find that it's already been. And they would have left it in a safe place had I thought to sign my note asking them to leave it somewhere safe, but because I didn't sign it they couldn't : (
Although, the tracking for the black one says "We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery, rearrange your delivery here", but the white still says "Out for delivery". I would have expected them to come together (same courier), but I guess there's still a little bit of hope that at least the white will come. Fingers crossed...

Despite UPS saying 24th they just delivered to me, South of Glasgow - now I have 2!! Anyone want a black 16gb and can't wait for weeks then PM me, will be returned on Tuesday!

I was going to join the line for a new iPhone 5 today, as the one I pre-ordered isn't due to arrive until 1st October. But then this morning the status of my order changed to 'preparing for shipment' and I am no longer able to cancel the order so I can't line up and get one today - gutted. Strange thing is that the estimated delivery date hasn't been changed; thats still 1st Oct.
I really hope Apple haven't just changed peoples order status just to dissuade them from lining up in store then cancelling their order, that would be a mean thing to do to us fan-boys! I'll be SOOOOO ANNOYED if the status stays on 'preparing for shipment' for a week until they finally dispatch it
God I hope they don't do this to me! my delivery day is 2 Oct and I'm planning to go and buy a phone from the southampton store tomorrow! if they do update it i hope they at least deliver it sooner! I NEED A WORKING PHONE!!

No, it doesn't. Only The One Plan includes Tethering.
Other plans can take it as an add-on.
