Anyone have any luck trying to get a NANO SIM off ORANGE???? I phoned them was on hold for 45 mins only to be told they dont have them yet and won't probably till after launch date.....surely this guy is wrong???? PLEASE??

When I rang yday the girl who I spoke to told me to ring back today to sort it out.

I ordered my iphone 5 at 8:45 am, I couldn't order it any earlier, but I was surprised they were still selling! My delivery date is the 21st September so I just made it before the 2 week wait.

If it gets blocked by your bank, once you've unblocked it, do you have to place another order or will the original one go through?

I have two on the way (ordered one from Apple to guarantee one and then got another contract from three!)

Don't need both, so if someone wants one sooner and is on the south coast or midlands (Dorset, hampshire or Northamptonshire) give us a shout!

I just had to tell it to try again on the order tracking page... experience may vary from bank to bank (Mine was natwest).

when i orderd the date says for 9/21 delivery but the email i got with the transaction says

'Thank You.
Once we have finished processing your order and it has shipped, you will receive an email with an updated delivery estimate'

does this mean it will still change to a later date? =[

I thnik I'm in the clear. I've just rang Natwest and the transaction has been approved.
The order on my online Apple account still shows as being processed but now states delivery will be on 21st September.
Happy days, I think

UK - I ordered 8AM or at least thats when I got my "processing email". Some people are saying they have received dispatch emails is this possible? Getting worried now, the money has been debited.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you early pre ordering don't get the mess around like the previous problems with the 4 and 4s about delaying actually delivery.

Anyone have an idea when the retail shops will get working demo models in to play with ? I'm hoping they get them in situ before or on the release date of the 21st of Sep !

hey guys

question about car phone ware house, i pre ordered, i look on their site and online they only offer pre order on the black 16gb, does that mean my pre order will be on a 16gb black? they didnt ask me to specify a model in store and ideally i want a black 32gb, not the end of the world if i have to get a 16gb though... just dont appreciate not being told!

Online orders are Black 16GB only. You need to call for any other model.

I just ordered the black 32gb version , a few questions..

1) Is everyones order still in processing stage?

2) Will the iphone 5 be LTE compatible with EE (assuming you buy a 4g sim ony later)?

3) Have Orange stated they will be giving existing customers nano sim cards replacements?
