It's all down to how far away from the depot you are, the further the better as they start furthest out and work their way back to the depot.

Mine has left Castle Donnington heading South West (Gloucester) this was at 5:09am.

Thats the last update I have but still hoping for delivery today :)

I'll be there in an hour, if Arndale didn't get any then I doubt Trafford would of though
 
Anyone know what time of the day the Glasgow Buchanan Street store get deliveries? I just called there and he said 'they haven't had any yet today', but I'm not sure if he means they might later. He also said he doesnt know what time they get deliveries, which i find hard to believe.
 
I'm going to try a Three store for pay as you go, then unlock it. Or an EE store and ask them to unlock it in 6 months. I'm on EE so it's not a huge problem. I'm pretty sure they won't sell me one but it's worth a try.

Anyone know if Carphone Warehouse sell them 'unlocked' in store? I tried last week but they wouldn't sell me one. Now I've heard that some stores have let people buy.
 
Mine has arrived at work :) I'm in London. Great to follow that with you guys! Enjoy your phones and good luck for the ones still waiting!
 
None in the Manchester Arndale today, but loads of dodgy people lurking around!

Kind of annoying as they let us queue for 15mins and THEN said there was no stock...

i expect a status update in the next 3 hours. our phones might have made the flight at 6:45am (uk time)

Really happy for you all.. must be like Xmas :D

Unfortunately, mine is still sitting in Germany (and has been since the 29th !) with no movement at all ! :(

You can cut the sim. There are loads of guides online. I did it last year when I got my 5 - wasn't too difficult. Worst case, you screw it up and end up without a phone until your new sim arrives.

I had standard delivery.

I think is the luck of the draw whether it went out today or tomorrow. The UPS page still says delivered by tomorrow.

They love having queues outside, even if it means pissing customers off.

On launch day in Leeds they had a guy with a professional video camera filming up and down the huge line even though they knew they only had a handful of 5s's

I doubt if they made that flight if Apple haven't listed it as dispatched yet :( Is there any way to check the UPS flight schedule for the next few days - that may give us an idea as to whether there will be any UPS pick ups from Apple over the holidays.
