I hope so, I am not quite sure whether I will keep it waiting to see whether apple will sort sensors out. its a shame though as getting an Iphone you expect quality, "Just Works" but that is not the case :(
 
Ups said they call tomorrow after talking with the driver when he gets back tonight, but yeh most prob gonna have to call apple to send another that will take weeks :( so angry, tracking just says out for delivery 16/10/13

Soon I will buy a 5s on Ebay and cancel this order at apple.

Just picked up my replacement from the UPS depot. It was a brand new retail (box shrink wrapped) and looks to be perfect in terms of body and screen. Happy enough, still a bit miffed though that I had to send the old one back first!

Just checked my banking and can see that the auth has dropped off my account and the money is back in my available funds... Might nip to the trafford and see what the stocks like over the weekend. Might give them a call first. Thanks :)
 
My 5s was given dispatch date a week ago, stating delivered by 18th of October. Yet by today, it is still in the processing stage. I was so prepared to see Preparing to dispatch by now and dispatched tomorrow. But it seems I will have to wait a little while longer. Bought a used BB 9780 on eBay to use while I wait for the 5s.
Worst time to lose my iPhone 4s ever.

If you have screens, or the mails in your mailbox, hit up Apple and complain. You have a hard case of not keeping their promise.

Currently have silver 32GB iphone 5.

Ordered new Gold 32GB iphone 5s on the 9th October.

Current status

Processing Items > Despatched: October 24 - 28
Delivery: 04 Nov , 2013 by Standard Shipping

In total - from reporting it to Apple to the new one arrived - just over 1 week.

Reported to Apple on Tuesday 8th, UPS picked up old one on Thursday 10th, Was back at Hinckley on the Friday. On Monday 14th replacement went preparing for dispatch, was dispatched on Tuesday 15th, in my hand yesterday, Thursday 17th.
 
Received my Gold 64GB on Monday, 14/10 after a long wait (from launching weekend).. looks amazing, but.. today I had to sort out my replacement which will have to be brand new and I can keep my first phone until new one is delivered.
Reason: camera - flashlight didn't work as expected, shadows and green dot
battery - lost 20% after 1 hour of use with everything off (notifications, background apps, wifi, bluetooth etc..)
Well.. I am hoping that me new phone will be spot on..for £709 I expect to be.. :)

Jesus. I swear hundreds of 5S's are faulty.. sucks that you have to wait ages then its broken. When I got my iPhone 4 3 years ago the home button didn't work properly, had to send back
