No Apple always hits the time mentioned (usually beats it by a few days) so I can't see an extra 5 days on that.

have to when I ordered my rMBP it dispatched from China as per the timesales stated by apple and it did take 4-5 days more to ship to me.. might be different for the phones.

It is surprising how maybe people don't have lives (coming from the person who is waiting till 12:01 to order a £709 phone)

Last year I walked past at 2pm and there was no queue and I got one right away. Not going to risk it again though!
