I know a syncreon isn't tracking yet but I'm confused I have 2 numbers from apple one is a tracking number and the other is a delivery number.

When going on the syncreon website it asked for the order / delivery no. Which the website says it's 10 digits max. I take it this is where the delivery number goes because the tracking number seems to be 14 digits

The next number it's asking for is web order no. This is up to 12 digits but the tracking number as stated above is 14 digits long.

What the hell is going on, can some one help me please

If your OTA iOS 8 upgrade is running like a dog just use your Mac or PC instead. My phone still says 8 hours but the PC download 25 minutes.

According to iMore for the iPhone 5 Syncreon use either UK mail or UPS so might be worth trying both websites. Just tried it on both myself and nothing up yet. But probably won't be till tomorrow sometime.

If anybody wants to know how to track then this link might be useful. Slightly outdated as it is for the iPhone 5 (2 years ago) but should still help.

I think Apple have changed their website since that article. For example you no longer get taken to a separate page like in the screenshot nor are we getting a PO number :(

Syncreon Parcel Delivery is not a courier but a distribution holding company.

The actual delivery will be carried out by UK Mail or UPS locally.

Think I'm gonna wear out my refresh button waiting to see if it's changed to dispatched

Oh wait I can just rotate the screen and wear it out in 3 other places :D

Not just the update installing going slow, even trying to use the App Store is no good, shows a msg to accept the new terms, but no accept button or anything showing :)

I could be wrong on this one but I didn't think Syncreon used UPS. Normally UKMail and TNT.

A UPS tracking number starts 1Z.

Can't seem to track my parcel with both UPS and UKMail.
Why does Apple make it bloody hard to track our parcels.
