Mine's also at delivery location, has been since 4.56am. Wouldn't have been worried had it not been for the person a few posts up who's now says 'delayed'! My depot is Tunbridge.

I don't understand why some ukmail deliveries are getting time slots and some are not

Their phone line claims no time slots for iPhones but perhaps some are from phone companies?

Thanks, luckily 10+ years of being needlessly shouted at by customers means I'm typically polite providing the representative ins't obnoxious! Good advice though, more people need to understand if you're nice to the person to the person at the other end of the phone they will be more inclined to help you.

I'm glad I work from home but I don't think I'll do much work today waiting for that delivery

I've also got no estimated time but my switch of contract means my new sims in the post so no texts, hopefully my new sim arrives before the phone lol

As a part time bobby I know what its like to be spoken to like crap when your trying to help people! Sorry if i seemed condescending towards you i just know what its like, we all get a bit carried away sometimes.

My mrs works in payroll and she has literally had employees screaming down the phone she is a ***** C*** and they're going to kill her. All because of their own wrong bank details. Crazy

Wow didn't realise you get a delivery slot on the UK Mail website. Mine is die between 10:49 and 11:49 I am liking the timing. It's pretty early
