Good evening guys.
Ok so I visited this forum last year whilst we were all excited about the 5S. I remember the excitement & how we all kept each other going by posting our email & shipping updates , where our phones were in the world & ultimately when our phones were on the UPS van round the corner , awaiting the knock on the door ! Once mine arrived (3 weeks after ordering - Gold 5S -32GB) I remember saying I'd see you next year when the next came out.
So I'm pleased to return , albeit I had to register again as MacRumors haven't resent a link to reset my forgotten password.
Anyway , I look forward to the excitement with you guys again.
This evening I finally got round to ordering from Apple the iPhone 6 Plus - 64GB - Space Grey.
The only iPhone I chose to get was the 3G , apart from that I've had the black , the white & chrome , & as previously mentioned opted for the gold 5S.
Now I didn't want white , seen & done gold (too much gold/yellow) on 6 Plus for my liking , so opted for the Space Grey this time round. Personally , even with those breaks on the rear , with that beautiful polished black on the front it works like a work of art !
So I've ordered about 3hrs ago. My memory fails me. Even though I have a long way to go in this process (Apple stating 3-4 wks) & I've only received the obligatory ' Thank you for your order ' email , how long before I receive the next. Do I get more saying processed etc , or do I sit back & be patient & await whatever the next email. Basically , how long did you wait for the second email informing you of anything.
Great chatting , & I look forward again to this years excitement & updates as to where our phones are in the world , & maybe from those that have ordered theirs around the same time as myself.
