Yep just seen that, mine is saying the same. :(:( I don't get it at all... is it still in poland? Apple said it was in the UK.... I guess we'll just keep refreshing the tracking for more info..

I've just contacted Apple Customer Service. I had a bit of a moan about how **** UPS are, mentioned how I'd taken a day off work to wait in for delivery. The upshot is that they can't expedite another phone to me as the original one isn't lost, they can't redirect to my work address as it's a purchase through Barclays Finance and it has to go to the billing address. HOWEVER, they are giving me a £80 refund by way of compensation! :)
 
It has come and damn is it sexy! Setting it up as I speak, so happy :D

My iPhone 6 arrives tomorrow and need to purchase a case as I have a good record of dropping phones! Do you have any suggestions please. Ideally would like to protect the screen from smashing and scratching if poss please.

Thanks ever so much for any help you can offer.
 
Just got off the phone with Apple's customer service. I moaned about the delivery ****-up on UPS' side (with courtesy of course), but unfortunately no gesture on their part (which adrian74 did have).

What the person on the line told me is that the plane had been grounded in Warsaw because of a mechanical problem and that only UPS had up to date information.

She gave my number to UPS to have additional updates as soon as there would be one.

Also she said: since I subscribed to SMS notifications, unless I get a text from Apple or the Carrier saying it's being distributed, there is no reason to stay home and wait for the package to be delivered, regardless of what the UPS shipping status website says.

I don't intend to run any "pixel spotters" - I tend to notice that if you look for problems with Apple stuff, you WILL find them - pretty much every time - but if you don't, you may never notice.

I've been reading about the non arrival,of your phone and I'm confused! You ordered on pre order day and it's still processing? (I've maybe forgotten sorry!). If that's the case I'd be phoning apple with firm (yet polite!) words!!

I know they were shortish of the pluses but even so ...

I didn't get compensated!!!! I rang up and complained they said they've had a lot of complaints and that it would be here tomorrow and ups said Thursday. They then put me on hold!!!... And then said they will contact me in 24 hours with an update!

Yeh I pre-ordered it on the first day, but used apple finance so as they stated it can delay the phone. And my estimated shipping date is 13-20th of october, so I have a feeling if I ring up to ask they will just tell me that its still nowhere near the estimated date :(

Wow! That's a horrible long wait just for apple finance to get their act together! All in all I think you've been very patient!!!

Get saving now for the iPhone 6S plus so you can ditch the finance!!

It is worth the wait though, you'll love it :)

I personally don't think I've been very patient lol, I've been pulling my hair out :mad: but yeh I'll start saving :cool: Student lifestyle I suppose :p
 
Woke up today to see that my delivery had been moved up from Oct 6th to Oct 1st (tomorrow).

Thought that was great, until I went out for half an hour and UPS attempted delivery while I was out! Going to be waiting in all day tomorrow. It's a long drive to the depot.

I ordered first thing on pre-order day with finance (iPhone 6 not 6+) and got similar delivery dates to you. If it makes you feel any better, I went from processing to dispatched to attempted delivery within a few days, so you might not have to wait that long.

Glad to hear it. Im hoping that it will move today! Really hoping lol. if it does then I still might have it by the weekend :rolleyes:
 
Well this is total BS. Just got off the phone with apple who say UPS website is broke, they don't even ship via poland and as far as he's concerned it's still put for delivery today....

I do not know what to believe now...
 
I ordered the 6 Plus and the black leather Apple case on September 12th and I have an October 10-17 delivery date.
The case arrived on the 18th, and the wait for the phone is excruciating. :mad:
