I've got an 8.30am pick up appointment for my 6S+, so I'm hoping to be home by 10 to play with it!

Would be rude to post pix before I leave the Apple Store!?

I have my appointment at 8 AM Will deffo post a pic even as they process my credit card

I'm missing something here. When I load the page it asks for the serial number. Where do I find the serial number for the new phone?

Login with the same account that you bought your iPhone with then you will see your device showing up (or not) with a serial number next to it.

Certainly won't be me lol, I pre-ordered mine through Carphone Warehouse as I live in Nottingham but work on Sheffield so won't be able to get to the store till at least half 6, thankfully it's open till 8.

Last year, both my family 6 plus iPhone were delivered bang on the dot at 8am release day. It's almost as if the courier was waiting down the road and waiting for the time to hit 8am.

II sold both a few days later for a profit

This year I wonder if I'll get the same style of delivery

Did anyone else experience the same thing last year

Just been up town and the networks all have posters now of the 6S.

Three have theirs in the window still. Bit bland but it will work. O2 have a board on the high street with a medium poster. A bit small but I noticed it. EE have a board as a tiny poster. I almost walked in to the damn thing.

But it feels so rubbish they are only now advertising for pre-orders. =\ stock must be low to give such little time.

I'm away working in Crete on release day, my flight is 7AM, so I cannot pre-order to pick up on release day. I'm planning on just dropping in on one of the stores when I get back from my job over the weekend.

Hopefully they will have some stock come first few days of October.

Anybody had anything from EE? They don't seem to give any form of order status at all.

Spoke to EE yesterday. As I was a little concerned that I hadn't received anything. Really helpful lady told me that order confirmations and text messages will be sent once the phone is ready to be dispatched. EE are due to get stock of the new iPhones on Wednesday.

The networks are only selling them on contract at present as opposed to outright it seems.
