Hi guys bit of an out of the way question. I currently have a bank account with Barclays. Getting fed up with the fact they won't advance and support stuff like Touch ID and Apple Pay. I know pretty much everywhere else supports Apple Pay.

Was wondering who supports Touch ID on their app? And more importantly who is actually a good bank to bank with?
RBS/Natwest support Touch ID in their apps and Apple Pay.

I hope us in the UK start seeing shipping information today (tracking number via UPS) like the US did yesterday. I wanna track mine from China.

I'm in exactly the same situation, have to leave for work at 2pm and wife doesn't get home till 5pm. I'm almost certain UPS will deliver it in between those two times, as is tradition.
I swear delivery men wait for you to leave the house and then try to deliver. So many "Sorry we missed you" cards!

I have just gone over to Nat West because TSB are still in the dark ages!

Their phone app is very good too uses Touch ID to log in.

Used Apple Pay for first time yesterday in Morrison's very impressive.

Santander - Apple Pay yes, Touch ID no.

When my daughter was robbed of her phone in the street and reported to police a claim then resulted in a new phone within around 36 hours. Impressive
What actually happened in regards to the theft; I have always wondered how it occurs. Did they just approach her with a knife or something? Or just grab it randomly and run?

I bank with Halifax and had a CC with Barclays. Until last week, Halifax didn't accept AP and BC still don't, so I got myself a Santander CC just to play with AP.

Any idea on Barclays? Do they have an official statement about Apple Pay and whether they're planning on introducing it?

To be honest Natwest was top of my list to begin with. But just found out that first direct offer £125 for joining them. Which is pretty good. Touch ID would be an advantage but not the be all and end all. How do you pay cash into a first direct account? Anybody know?

Yes they are planning on supporting it in the near future. But on the Apple Pay page Barclays isn't even on the coming soon part. Reason I am leaving Barclays is that they don't keep up with modern trends and are very slow to modernise themselves. Staying with a bank for a long period of time does help your credit rating. But just got my first CC and I don't see myself needing a new one for a long time. Basically till the interest free runs out.

With Apple Pay on the watch.

If I want to pay for something done literally just tap the watch? Or do I have to load up the card?

Double click the favourites button on the side of the watch ( not the crown ) that will bring up Apple Pay, select the card you want to use and hold it near the card machine.

Im going to give Barclasy till the end of the year to bring Apple pay. Ive already opened another current account with Santander just to play with it, but its a faff. Only need one account, so if not launched by end f year ill close and stick with santander.
