John Lewis are excellent, however they don't take opened electronics back unless they're faulty as far as I know. Apple however, will let you open it and use it taking care for 14 days.

Does anyone have any info on this?
Nothing official but JL let me return an opened iPad Air over 2 weeks later simply because I changed my mind, fully refunded.

If anyone else is waiting for confirmation from O2, they're claiming on twitter that they won't send out shipping/tracking details until tomorrow - but that everyone should get their phones. They say to be patient. Doesn't sound like they have stock shortage for pre-orders... but y'know, don't believe everything you read on twitter, right? :)

Shame the shops aren't the same! Got to wait until 5th for mine, ordered on Saturday 12th at 8:05 in store, I was surprised by the date but I won't lose sleep over it.

This is terrible. I hate UKMail now

Hmm. Well that's rubbish. I'm certain more than ever now that if the current tracking is incorrect and the phone is already at the depot, I'm going to miss the delivery. Just a bad feeling I have.

A delivery time would have set expectations.

Will probably know for certain if the tracking updates by 7am (when I wake up).

Yes I'm certain I will miss mine too and the Saturday attempt.... :( sigh

Is that turquoise? It looked much paler in the shop.

Here's a more representative photo of the turquoise case:

Mine has just left Birmingham hub and on it's way to Hebburn with DPD. It shows on the text message link but not by using the tracking number.
