DPD say mine arrived at the depot (again) at 9:01. Hopefully this means he's setting off now? Still that's nearly an hours drive but traffic is usually light that way and he'll be coming through my end of town. Hopefully soon.

I'm stop 20 (He's currently on 17).

Glad i worked from home today, was going to chance it and work in office in morning and home in afternoon as most of my deliveries come later in the day.

Should be here in 30-40 mins :)

A couple of things just came to me.

1) out of all these delivery slots we're getting does anyone actually have one that's an even hour? Like 10:20-11:20? They always seem to be things like 10:22-11:22. I wonder why. And I wonder if we should make the driver wait if he's a minute early. :)

2) Having said that, spare a thought or two for these drivers today. They're gonna be having a really crappy day and to be honest to a man probably hate iPhone Friday every year. Be nice to them. All they want to do is go home to their families but could be out for hours delivering our phones today

Yes most likely will be, funnily enough just got a text, between 9.30-10.30 by driver name David. Hope you get something soon bud.

Well I thought mine was here, DPD driver just came through door but no! Was a delivery for work no iPhone. Pretty annoyed :(

Picked mine up from the Norwich store at 8am. They still served me even though my appointment time was 9:15 - 9:30am. I was about the 7th reserve customer in the line when the store opened. Just got back home to set it up.:)

Disappointed we have all the regulatory crap etched into the back still. All the shots of US devices look so much better without it. I thought Apple had got some dispensation where they could stop doing that and have all the regulatory symbols in software :(

Mine is also still sitting at DPD's Kings Cross depot and has been there since 0658. I'm hoping I'll be an early delivery when it does go out as I'm only a mile from the depot.

Very happy many others with DPD have seen movement and a timeslot. Sadly mine, and I suppose at least a few others, are still at the depot ready to be delivered. I can't imagine it being much longer however. Need to be at home for an Amazon delivery and go to my office to intercept the DPD driver!

To be honest, none of the apple stores look extreemly busy. Sure we could have walked on in there and bought the phone we wanted instead of pre-ordering and getting fudged with a late delivery. The 's' line models (5s, 6s, etc) aren't as sought after when compared to the New line's (iPhone 5, iPhone 6, iPhone 7) that's when you see the crazy queues.:D:rolleyes:
I suspected that it would be like this, but better to be safe than sorry!

Haha ahh man, the ultimate tease, I imagine you will have it 30 mins before / after I get mine depending on the route he takes and no. of stops.

Anyone been to Covent Garden yet?
Yep, picked up a 6s Plus 64GB Space Grey for the boyfriend. Busy but far from manic. Reservations wait about 15 mins in total. Walk-ins seem to be waiting hours.

Now waiting for DPD for mine!

Home now and waiting.

My UK Mail 'where's the delivery driver' graphic has disappeared, but still saying around 1:30pm.

How do people know what their DPD delivery slot is? Is it through the website or do you get a text?
