I'm hoping to reserve a set of APP3 for pickup tomorrow when I collect my phone (missed out on the pre-order): on the Store app it currently says "In-store availability on 19.09" so I assume they'll update the stock levels tomorrow AM. Anyone know if they do that after midnight tonight or is it at 6am like the phone reserve list?

In previous years there's been availability of stock that you can order online for in-store pickup on/after release day: IIRC for phones it's appeared on the app at 6am, don't know if same is true for watch / accessories though (or if that's still true for phones as well).

DPD status for my blue 17 Pro - based on the experience of previous years, any idea of when we're likely to get an update?

Also for those putting them side by side to do the transfer - do you move the physical SIM to the new phone before or after you've done the transfer - or during? I've seen conflicting guidance.

Same as my watch, I dont get anything usually till this evening where it gets to hinckley

I just traded mine in a few weeks back for best price so I could get gift vouchers for the 17 pro max.

I feel like the 14 pro spoiled me and the SE is a horrible nightmare of a downgrade. I can’t wait to throw it out the window tomorrow

Yeah all went through fine for me, just leave it there for 12 months pay off the £350-£400 negative equity after selling the old phone and rinse and repeat. Works out much cheaper than a contract

Yeah Very are good in that way I just phoned them and they applied Buy Now Pay later over 12 months for me first statement due 12th Oct so that good, will sell my iPhone 14 Pro and pay the rest of monthly!

Now shipped but still saying delivery on 22nd. What are the chances of getting sooner, tomorrow or Saturday? I do live in Scottish Highlands so might have something to do with it.

Good luck! I still have my 6S which is a backup phone to my 11.

However, my 11 has a cracked screen and - very recently - a damaged digitiser which means part of the top half of the screen doesn't respond to touch.

My plan, as the trade-in value is 0, is to buy a new 17 and then get a cheapo third-party screen and attempt to replace my 11's screen myself. More for fun, really. If successful I guess my 11 will be my backup phone and the 6S can join my first-gen iPad mini as something I keep "just in case" but end up never using again.

lol thanks it’s literally all in bits i accidentally broke the long WiFi cable so i had to order another one, so many screws to it though I just hope I can put them all back, thankgod for YouTube!

Are the screens programmed to the motherboard on the 11? Just check it before you change anything!

The touch is programmed to the logic board on the 6s I know that!

Have you got the app? For me they appeared in there without notification - I had to actually look on it. The phone number of your DPD account has to match the number on your order.

Mine shipped at 11 and too is still not showing in DPD. Not worried I’ve not had it show up in DPD until the early hours of the morning and still be on time. Although DPD is useless for me for early deliveries, sometimes I’ve not had my hour delivery window until like 5pm…

Grrrrr the DHL e-commerce app seems to have disappeared from the App Store, I had it recently on my phone, but had an issue…. So deleted the app and then went to reinstall it.

Looks like they have pulled the app.

Like others have said, the DHL app in the App Store does not work, it’s the DHL e-commerce app that is needed, alas!
