Good thing about DPD is they also deliver on Saturday’s and occasionally Sundays

Unlike DHL and UPS who work part time and don’t deliver on Sat/Sun so you’d be waiting till Monday if it’s missed :eek:

Hi, anyone that ordered from Currys have you had any update? I checked in the morning and it was on ordered and checking just now it's moved to processing, can we still expect delivery tomorrow?

My order is the exact same, it went from ordered to processing today. We should get delivery tomorrow as it stated delivery on 19th on my email confirmation

Strangest thing happened to me.

DPD notification at 15:15 - your John Lewis parcel is on its way

DPD notification at 15:24 - your John Lewis parcel is on its way

Checked app, two EE orders (Phone and airpods) and two JL orders (case and watch ultra).

No dispatch email from JL and just checked app and now only three parcels showing

Mine has moved to processing but still says we are expecting to get stock of your items shortly. Does yours still say that?

I went 512GB too, on the basis that this will be the last phone I buy for at least 3 years and I use it as an iPod. before they raised the limit, I had to delete songs from my Spotify before adding new albums lol.

to confirm from earlier AWU3 did shipped and pro max 512gb shipped DHL aka drop it hide it lose it

Having said that, see you all next year in this thread lol.
 
Hi all just found this thread got my dispatch email just before midday. Using DHL haven't had a delivery from them before how are they? I was expecting dpd since they deliver around here multiple times a day.

Hi there, has anyone had any experience with Very pre-order in the past? I had a bit of a nightmare last week ordering it, got my order in as soon as they went live (which took a few minutes as the item kept disappearing), got an order placed on my account and then got an email to confirm the order but it said in the delivery window that it was unavailable despite having taken the credit. All a bit of a mess which meant I had to re order it on the Saturday and at that time it was showing 10th of October as delivery date. Do we think it could arrive earlier or is this just wishful thinking? Thanks!

If successful I guess my 11 will be my backup phone and the 6S can join my first-gen iPad mini as something I keep "just in case" but end up never using again.

I did this with an iPad 4 last year, bought a cheap screen replacement, watched a bunch of YT videos and had a go. Worked out great! Then did a SSD upgrade on an iPod Classic. Good little hobby.

Last time I ordered from Curry's was the iPhone X launch and it was the most stressful pre-order delivery week ever I didn't know for sure they had stock or would get it on release day until 6pm Thursday on the upside they did allow me to upgrade my delivery through DPD to a pre 9am (pre-12 on release days) but never again will I put myself through that too much stress of the unknown.

Mine just says collected which is listed as 8am this morning no clue where it is or is going just hoping that since there are sorting offices for the other delivery companies around here DHL has one too. I've never even seen a dhl van on our street so I have literally no idea when they deliver. Postie would have had it here by 10, dpd by 11am.
