Just a continuous error trying to set my new Air up!
Is that using your current iphone to set up? as mine transferred across with no issue at all.

Is that using your current iphone to set up? as mine transferred across with no issue at all.
Seen someone else mention this, they had trouble signing in as well, maybe servers playing up?
Unfortunate that people are having issues setting up - is this iCloud restore or the Quick Start transfer?
Ever the fool, I started from scratch. Think I'm completely done though, downloading the apps I want, signing into them, downloading music, and changing little things in settings.
Just CarPlay to do when I next get in the car.
Overjoyed with my Air tbh! It's such a nice size, just a smidge smaller than the 16 Pro Max I had before.

I got silver this time, got bored with getting dark colours all the time, blue looks sweet though!
I put case on mine regardless, so doesn't really bother me at all.
Same boat here! I spoke to a guy I know and they drafted in an extra 17 drivers from Dublin to help out today. YIKES...
As posted on the troubleshooting thread, I had the same issue. After an hour I went on to chat with Apple Support - which required signing-in with my ID (worked fine) and entering in my serial number.
Before the chat even started the login on my Air suddenly started working. Restore from backup now in progress.
Meanwhile, my Apple Watch Ultra 2 won’t pair now. Could be a long day for Apple Support…

That’s the reason I didn’t go for the clear one. I really don’t get why they did this… I’ve just cancelled my order for the Apple case since Argos have it in stock and it’s £10 cheaper. I went with the blue silicone one. Hopefully it lasts longer than usual. I didn’t expect to get the phone on launch day, so I hadn’t ordered anything beforehand. Can’t wait for my collection window at 16:45! 📲
One of my orders hasn’t updated since 7am the others are with the third party company.
DHL in previous years were great.
Whilst getting very frustrated at the inability to log in and, therefore, set up my new Air….I decided to try my hand at fitting the screen protector. My wife normally does this for me as she has both the patience and manual dexterity to accomplish it with ease. However, I just gave it a go myself with the ESR Armorite screen protectors with the ‘easy fit’ tray…and it worked without fault! I genuinely didn’t believe it would go on faultlessly but it is absolutely perfect and worth every penny 😇

That’s understandable! I love the dark colours, although I did have a gold 11 Pro and Sierra Blue 13 Pro. I’ve just come from Deep Purple 14 Pro and loved the colour, the dark colours will always be my personal preference. I’d love a rich burgundy on the Pros! I go caseless at home, but use a soft material pouch when I go out.
Both my iPhone and iPad have failed and setting it up as a new device has too! 😤
Phone arrived 1/2 hr before slot (watch out if on DHL) it was a dude in a tiny car not a dal van, he got bonus points for finding my house straightaway, and wanted to say hi to my dogs
This is a different DHL and first time they have had this contract here. It weas DHL Parcel previously (UK Mail) but they were bought over by Evri and it is now with DHL Express. I have been told there is full operation tomorrow to mop up what is not being delivered today. They will be out delivering late into the night. Any ideas who the other 3rd party are?

I hate fitting my screen protector as I’m so OCD it has to be perfect for me to be happy! Luckily I’ve perfected the ‘hinge method’ (I’m the go-to screen protector applier in my family now!) and managed to get it on straight and with no dust particles on the first attempt!
Im still waiting on DHL too. My slot isnt for another hour, but getting impatient and the fact I cannot see the snake anymore is making me anxious!My AWU3 and my wife's Air iPhone arrived on time by DPD, but not a damn thing from my phone from DHL, they really really sucks those guys.
I'll take photos when my phone arrives. I have a BBQ to start now
