I think it's clear that if you are going to push your iPhone to its limits for sustained periods of time you would get the Pro. that's always been a given really.

I ordered the air because of the design. I don’t game on my phone or edit video so as long the phone performs well I don’t really care about the fact it throttles for a use case it probably wasn’t designed for.

It’s usually 5.00pm on Thursday for me with the bad news that DPD or DHL tracking has been added

I never realised how much emphasis people put on their phone speakers and the air only having one? I never thought any phone sounded decently stereo anyway.

Turns out EE reps lied about being able to upgrade my launch day 16 pro max anytime - i cant upgrade to the 17 without a fee.

I pre-ordered on 12th, with Tesco mobile in UK, said delivery on 19th, still heard nothing further, the order is sat it my basket to be completed but now says no longer available, hoping something hasn't gone wrong and I'll hear something today to finish my order and get it tomorrow! Using my android work phone as i've traded my iPhone in, nightmare.

All on track for me... Air for the Missus - AWU3, 17PM & AirPods 3 for me all scheduled to arrive tomorrow via Apple.
I must admit that checking once or twice a day is sufficient for me, I guess after 10-12 pre order years, some with multiple devices, you get more experienced and relaxed

It’s so funny isn’t it we are all like giddy kids. I mean most of us will have these phones for 2 years or more yet it’s so so important that we get them launch day and not - heaven forbid - 4 days later.

I like to think of it like we get a few more days of being hyped before we forget about how excited we were.
