I've just had a phone call from the man in the 02 store.
He asked me what time I wanted to pick it up, ermm as the store opens. Anyway he explained that there was no need for me to queue.
Nice of them to ring and explain it's there for me to pick up, offer me an appointment time and to make sure everything is sorted.

Yeah that was decent. Thought they'd be too busy to pay that sort of individual attention.

I had a phone call from o2 earlier... trying to sell me a contract on O2. Told him I had already signed up with the iPhone and he sounded rather embarrassed for calling me.
I had a phonecall from someone wanting to discuss my upgrade options about 2 minutes after I put the phone down from placing my preorder on Friday. He was completely embarrassed.

Me neither. Currently on hold (have been for 25 minutes now) trying to find out what's going on.
Don't think it's going to happen though.
FYI, the O2 store near me has no iPhone 6 Plus' in and won't do for about two weeks, and only has 37 iPhone 6's, pretty much all of which are held to pre-orders. I suspect it's the same for most other O2 stores.
Basically, if you were planning on walking in and buying one on the spot: have fun with that. Oh, and they can't give you the phone until exactly 8:02. No jokes.

O2 ****ed my order up. Guaranteed me release day delivery and now had a grovelling apology for a manager there (after spending 2 hours on hold) who can't do anything to fix it.
Only stayed with them as they said they could deliver for tomorrow.
Now have to wait till tomorrow for more info.

If it's any consolation I'm in the same boat. No delivery tomorrow it seems!

Got my txt from o2 saying delivery tomorrow
Nothing has changed on myo2 though. But i don't care as the tracking number in the txt is working fine.
Glad o2 sorted it out as was told 2/3 weeks for delivery when i ordered on the 12th at 3pm.
Your MyO2 will update soon. Mine took about 15 minutes
