Eww no thanks. Looks a bit too religious-y to me.
I'm no hardware engineer, just a software one with various awards under their belt, but yeah surely it wouldn't be too difficult to seperate them shapes out a bit?

I PRAY that everyone referring to the "+" for volume control as an affront to Christianity is just trolling. If plus signs offend you, you are going to have a long miserable existence. Go back to complaining about cupcake calories in google maps.
Hello!
I'm not sure if you're deliberately trying to be obtuse or not so just to be sure - you're fully aware nobody is disliking a plus sign by itself? That it's the juxtaposition, in connection with the narrow typeface, alluding to the popular Christian logo that people don't like? Here's a little exercise for you;
Imagine if a product shipped with the logo of a religious group you didn't like, maybe it's Islam? If it's not you certainly know how strange people get around that, almost like it's a phobia? If you further don't understand I'd say do a Youtube search for "Christian complaining about Islam", you'll certainly get some drunk redneck mangling a bunch of words into their computer. Anywho we're losing the exercise here aren't we! Let's get back; imagine if a speaker shipped with the iconography of Islam into their world. They wouldn't be too happy would they? At the very furthest here you're going to get drunk rednecks yada yada, but then you'll have more moderate people saying "I won't buy that".
Now, you might see their understanding there and think "well that's just their rights as a consumer in the United States" and move on. Though, what I'm finding here are users that are complaining about people not wanting a Christian speaker - involving some weird comments about "safespaces" or odd things like that.
Now - my original post here was in jest to wind up the strangely defensive Christians. Personally I have no need for anything like this so I won't buy it but not for iconographic reasons. Though if some people calmly state they're not then that's fine too. It's just funny to see that the ones getting up in arms over this are the religious ones annoyed at the purchasing decisions of others.
Anywho it's all pretty funny from over here. From seeing jestful "I don't want christian speakers!" spawning reactions from wild people blabbering over "safespaces" (a serious concept, which shows how angered the christians are). I'll have to come back to this thread later to see if tones have changed.
