Are you using Sleep Focus?
To use the wrist temperature, you have to enable Sleep focus mode. It's really easy to use. You set a sleep schedule and it automatically turns on at the time you set it for every evening.I don't use any of those features. Do I need to enable them?
Shown this topic to my wife….. We are both in our mid-seventies.
As I was expecting; she gave me one of those looks as if to say “bloody @?%&!@“……
Then she said it precisely,
“We have 3 kids and 7 grandkids…. Not one of us worried about body temperature. Everyone these days think we need something just to tell us what our normal bodies do every day”.
So if the temperature increases I might get sick?
it increased by 0.2 degrees celsius lolThe body responds may to sickness and as a result increase body temperature, so other way around, if you get sick, your temperature might increase.
I had no idea either, thanks for the info lol!View attachment 2084157In case nobody else knew (like me until today😂) you can actually check the actual temperature reading in the health app as well. When you’re in wrist temperature you scroll to the bottom and click “show all data” and then click into whichever day. The temperature reading is at the top. I think that’s a nifty feature. I’m guessing it’s an average of your temperature overnight since I’m sure it does multiple readings but nice to be able to see.
