Resting HR can also be an indicator of sickness or about to become sick, even when you may feel ok.
High heart rate worked for me when I was sick, but I'm sure resting heart rate was as well. I was over 100 bpm without any exercise and it confirmed it for me.

I still can’t get it to work, have a SLEEP focus setup and sleep setup, still no temp after over a week.
 
My biggest spike yet. I went from US to Europe and have jet lag and I‘ve read that jet lag can cause higher temperatures

My AWU is recording temps. It actually shows temp logging starting with the night of the day I purchased the watch. I thought it had to have three or four nights in order to record temps. It must have taken readings but not displayed them until it had however many nights were required to display the information.
 
after five nights I had baseline wrist temp, now I get the +/- value after each night wearing my watch.
