Unable to Track By Reference - Anyone else?

Well most 11/3 deliveries are stateside now so Apple may start finally updating their site with the tracking info soon

Mine was in Lap Kok Hong Kong as of Wednesday morning HK time, no update since then on UPS but still says 11/3 delivery.

I'm IUP too.

Most likely I got shafted by someone in that other thread that complained about his 11/15 due date, and Apple gave away my order in order to make him happy.

I hope not dude, that would stink. What time did your order go through?

Hi All,

I have an iPhone X preorder (still slated for November 3rd delivery) - but no combination of order number or phone number will allow me to track it.

I'm located in Southern California, preorder was for iPhone X, Silver, 256gb for Verizon.

I just wanted to make sure that I'm entering the UPS Reference correctly. It should either be the phone number associated with my shipping address OR the W123456789 order number. In this example, should I be entering W1234567 (and omit the 8 &9)? If so, this has not worked for me at all and I'm getting worried.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

You need to put your ZIP Code in in the country to track by reference
