Not going to lie, I thought the phone that ended up being the iPhone was the Galaxy the entire time. It looked better in all of the shots other than the stabilization.
Yeah this is just how phones keep getting better and better. More competition the better.
That super close up photo of the dollar bill was the giveaway. No way an iPhone can focus that close
I thought the samsung shots to be iphone ones until the macro shot was shown then i knew which one is which because iphone pro max has trouble focusing at shorter distance, there is an entire thread about this in MR. Agree samsung is better to iphone in this test.
Indeed. The efficiency of the Apple A series chip is amazing. I use my device to make WhatsApp or Telegram phone calls and the Samsung’s would burn through battery usage with these tasks. But the iPhone , doesn’t even lose that much juice or break a sweat.
Hmm, not sure why it opens app much slower in some instances. What's your take on this?
The overall experience on iPhone is better thanks to the A14 Bionic, smoother and more efficient overall package.

iPhone 12 cannot be smoother as it still on 60fps.

already lag, very obvious opening certain apps, changing camera modes, one thing that will never change with android, even scrolling on android feels weird, nowhere near as smooth as iOS.
iPhone 12 pro max has go no competition. It's just that things are getting tough for Mobiles in the market.
If it’s any consolation I “upgraded” from a buttery smooth 120Hz Samsung Note 20 Ultra with no pee yellow True Tone to the 12 Pro Max - I have no regrets.
The issue with Samsung phones though is the amount bloatware. Touch wiz was a nightmare, but it has improved somewhat with One UI. When you get Samsung including their own duplicate apps of the Stock Google apps, then it gives the impression both these companies are not on the same wave length and spiting each other. Also Samsung dont really work hard to optimise their Android skin, unlike One Plus do, they just ram as much RAM (see what i did there lol) as possible to make up the difference.
...and I thought the PM was too big and ridiculous looking. That Samsung is absurd, that’s not a phone, that’s a tablet. No thanks.
There is no way (at this point in time) that I would switch to Sammy much less Android. Mr Apple bend likes his Android.

Indeed. Since no matter what hardware you have, it’s still a Google android OS device. Just some have extra sauce and cheese.
It’s a beautiful phone that looks great and I miss YouTube in picture mode on all apps but I still prefer the iOS experience.
Overall I still think it’s a bit better.
But I will say apple keeps default back to their stock keyboard app is frustrating in certain applications.

It’s a nice looking phone and that’s where it stops. Lag and stutter city out of the box, glitches galore, filled with the same apps of the same kind from Samsung and google, bloat everywhere, horrible user experience.
You’ve made the right choice sticking with iOS ✅

The S21 is more attractive looking looking than the last years S20. I think the iPhone 12 is still the better looking phone vs the S21, especially the iPhone 12 Pro.
But the camera system of the S21 Ultra is just so much better than the iPhone 12PM. That is one reason I bought the 12 mini. Even if I had bought the 12PM, the camera is still so inferior to the S21 Ultra.
Huh? Read the reviews from the major tech media...12 PM camera is more consistent and is just better. S21u is better at zoom...that’s about it. TheVerge, CNET, etc..
