Question about trophies, and collecting trophies

When ive completed the game on normal, i'll get the "you've completed the game on normal difficulty trophy"

To get the "You've completed the game on easy trophy", do I then need to play the game through again on easy?

And then for very easy?

Maybe a daft question....

^No you don't need to play it on easy anymore...if you play and beat it on normal then you will unlock the normal & the easy trophy. Now its time you try it on crushing so you can get the hard/crushing trophy...good luck.

I know I am super late to the game here (I almost never play a game within a few months after its release), but I am in the midst of playing U2 and was telling a friend "it's just as fun as the first Uncharted" until I paused the game and had to run and grab a drink of water. I walked past my TV and only when I got to within a foot or so of the screen did I really see how intricate the graphics are. Unreal.

I guess I forgot to ask my question - whoops.

A day or so after I installed the game, I noticed a bunch of new trophies were added with a + sign next to the lock. Is that something new in the PS3 OS? Are those DLC trophies?
