What!! More new products to make the chip supply go down even more?? They can't even make the iPhone 13s!!! Why upgrade anything else!!!

Reminds me of the GPU manufacturers who keep releasing new cards this year... even though it's difficult to buy the cards they introduced last year.

The chip shortage, scalpers, and cryptominers are to blame... but still. Why create new models when they can't supply enough of the current models?

Because technology advancement doesn't slow down when manufacturing can't meed demands.

Depends on how they’re priced. But, with the cryptominers pushing up the price of GPU-only purchases, maybe those are actually already close to the price of these new machines LOL
