I also love in a relatively rural area suffering from lack of competition, but SuddenLink's speeds start at 50 down/5 up for $40/mo. here and I believe there is a soft cap of 350MB. However, speed packages go up to 1Gb down and once a customer pays for speeds of 100 down or more the caps are increased or removed.
