word is it will be released after 4.3 confirmed to be working on both the new basebands, that is: 3.10.01 and 2.10.04. this makes sense I know people don't like it but it's the best way!

The Dev Team said they had the unlock ready, it's just not worth releasing it until 4.3.0 is rolled out.

They said it was ready for the ipad baseband method too. They released it 7 days after the iOS release.

I guess it will be the same thing. Dont think we will get it the same day or week that 4.3 releases.
