The Mona Lisa / Ballmer iChat / Photobooth effect...
And the upside down too!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Faa_ireNobs

Of interest, the upside down effect and a few others not in Photo Booth or iChat are able to be used in Address Book if you take a photo for a contact. Only found them today when adding a photo in for someone else...

An update re: portable user accounts. There is some stuff in the standard release that i just found (while looking for something completely different)

Not asking you specifically xUKHCx, but if I had a copy of Server running in my house on a different machine, does anyone know what this preference would allow me to do ?

Is it a backup feature, or what ? It could keep 2 accounts in sync... really well right ?

The secret features? Apparently making the finder look like iTunes, plus the most poorly executed idea ever (Stacks).

I wish they had kept that last one a little bit "closer" to the chest. In Steve's gall bladder, maybe?

That's freaking hilarious (and I agree), although a better place would probably be his colon...

Being able to sort search results by size, date modified, label, etc. Boo.

I have no experience with server but how about this document (direct link to a pdf) about page 134.

Tried them out, turns out these effects are simply filters that are placed on top of a picture of you, it even lets you drag your photo around behind the filter..

Can you please post screenshots of what you described?

If things that were rumored are included on the list, then the lack of read/write ZFS I guess belongs there.

It's easy to duplicate.

Just change your screen resolution. System Preferences will still occupy the same amount of screen percentage than it did at the higher resolution.

This doesn't really translate in screenshots.

Was there ever an official announcement that Fast OS Switching was ever going to be included in Leopard? I've heard this mentioned around as a missing feature, but I don't recall Apple mentioning it or any subsequent internet/magazine articles about it.

twas on the apple website briefly.

The option for the source list in Finder to be big, like in iTunes and Mail...my Grandad will find this particularly hard...

No, not at all, there just isn't a button there anymore. You can still sync your phone via iSync.

Ahh, okay, so the poster meant that there is a bluetooth button that has been removed from Address Book.

That's better then -- since I never noticed it existed, I'm not going to particularly miss it :)

Yeah, there was a bluetooth button that let you text and call from your phone through Address Book. Why they would remove this is beyond me. Don't worry, syncing is still there!

One more thing, though. When I use airtunes with my Airport Express there doesn't seem to be an option for "multiple speakers." Is this happening to anyone else?

Some screen savers didn't make their way into Leopard which I saw previews of, they looked pretty cool, though its sad they weren't included.
