As I stated before.. I don't have anyring.. Just checked and don't have copic either.. Tried resetting network settings and now my pictures say "not delivered".. Regardless it's still not sending except this time it's not lying to me..

Untethered Jailbreak 5.0.1 iMessage send Pics don't work.

Did you try sending to more than one person? I got three people to reboot their phones and I can now send them iMessage. Wasn't even my phone that was the problem...
Delete entire iMessages
I removed Copic, reset, turned off iMessage and FaceTime, reset, turned them on, and reset again. Didn't work, and then I saw the previous person's suggestion to have friends reset theirs. I figured something out which worked: go to your Messages list of conversations and delete those (yes, entire conversations) with pictures that said they were delivered but weren't.
That did the trick. Delete these iMessage conversation in their entirety.

I just had the same problem.no picture sent being received by other people, face time would pause when I recieved a FaceTime call. I uninstalled copic, turned off iMessage, rebooted iPhone,turned iMessage back on, reset network settings, rebooted iPhone, and now everything seems work normaly again.
yea.. tried multiple people.. ironically i can receive FaceTime now.. still prob with mms "not delivered"

I had a similar experience. Removing then reinstalling Copic fixed the issue but it came back about two weeks later. Uninstalling Copic and rebooting fixed the issue again. I will not reinstall it until they fix it. I have contacted the devs. Please do the same. The tweak will fail you again. It needs help.

I am having the same issue. i deleted copic and reset everything just like it says had the people reset thier phones and still nothing. Packages i have running are:

Pandora Downloader MMS problems
Try removing the pandora tweaks. I had this problem and found that it happened after installing pandora downloader. A little different, but might work.

I had this issue and it was "Facebeak" that was the culprit for FaceTime freezing on incoming and not being able to send iMessage pictures.

I didn't have anyring but I did have winterboard. Deleted that and now my iMessage and FaceTime works just fine.
So gracious that I found this thread. Thanks to all of you who figured this out. Didn't have any of the mentioned apps, but turns out that for me it was iKiwi, which adds an extra row to the keyboard. Great app, but I need to be able to send photos. Will probably attempt a reinstall to confirm that it is the offending app and re-post.
Winterboard the cause?
After reading this post and following what everyone has done I'm still having the same issue.
I have upgraded to IOS6.1.1. Competely restored my phone to factory settinging. Tested sending pictures to friends with Iphones each time I have jailbroke or added an app.
-Stock/ Factory settings. Worked
-Jailbreak. Still worked
-Added Copic and AutoProtected. Still worked.
-Add Winterboard. Stopped working.
At this point I have removed Winterboard. Resprung and still having the issue with sending pictures via IMessanger. Thoughts?

my copic doesnt even work anymore its turned on and everything and no pictures in contacts and messages like i have it set. reinstalled and everything still nothing.
