Thanks for getting back to us. I appreciate your candor. However, the reality is that your post read like a flame at the devs. They do what they do, and in no way can they be considered "pigs" for doing so. If it doesn't work for your system, that's just how it goes, I'm sure they have their reasons why.

BTW, this post read a lot calmer than the other (well, except for the very end).

We (I, in this case) can only go on what we read. Your post read like a stoned rant. That doesn't mean I think you are a bad person (congrats on the grades -I'm a teacher). Just that your post read in rather a harsh, overly-critical, and self-serving way. This updated post of your issue and needs comes across in a much more reasonable and reasoned manner. Thank you for the clarification.

"Does the female form make you uncomfortable, Mr. Lebowski?"

"...My art has been commended as being strongly vaginal which bothers some men. The word itself makes some men uncomfortable. Vagina."

I'm starting to wonder how much of the movie we can cover before we're told to stop...lol! :)

"He treats objects like women."

Here, to keep it within the lines:

Yesterday, I added a Cydia tweak which effectively locked me out of being able to open my lockscreen. Instead of being smart and doing SBSettings>Safemode, I was supersmart and SHSH'd in to remove it. I selected it with Cyberduck and pressed "delete." Smart, right?

Well, for some reason (and it's continuing), Cyberduck is choosing three (3) lines to highlight when I choose just one. Didn't notice, being so smart. Watching the deleted object being whisked away, I noticed that an awful lot of stuff was moving out. THEN I realized that I was deleting my chosen item, var and something else in var. Panic. Screeching stop but too late. Phone was still working, but.... So I began to dl a new IBSW of 4.3.1, and the phone went to reboot. So I did the two-button hold and plug, reboot continued. For half an hour, reboot no matter what I did. Visions of an i4 doorstop. Finally got it to go into Restore mode, let iTunes dl a new 4.3.2 (in the middle of which, reboot). Panic. Got it into Restore again. Finally loaded up and completed, full Restore, setup as new phone. Ran Pwnage on the 4.3.2 I now had in my files and made a custom, then installed it. Everything worked. Began to reinstall everything, four hours later was done.

Smart, huh? :p

"Darkness warshed over the Dude - darker'n a black steer's tookus on a moonless prairie night. There was no bottom."

Man that sucks! Glad to hear you have it up and running again. I've deleted some important files before. Not fun at all.

"Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber."

"That's a bummer man! It's uh...it's a bummer."

"Sometimes there's a man... I won't say a hero, 'cause what's a hero? But sometimes, there's a man – and I'm talkin' about the Dude here – sometimes, there's a man, well, he's the man for his time and place. He fits right in there. And that's the Dude. In Los Angeles. And even if he's a lazy man – and the Dude was most certainly that, quite possibly the laziest in Los Angeles County, which would place him high in the runnin' for laziest worldwide – Sometimes there's a man... Sometimes, there's a man. Ah, I lost my train of thought here. But... aw, hell. I done introduced him enough."

Thanks. Real panic for a few minutes, and withering looks from my wife, who refers to my phone as my second wife. (If only she knew.... :) )
