Up-to-date CODE already Redeemed

So I submitted my Up-to-date today and got my redemption code. Says it is already redeemed!

I know for a fact I didn't redeem because Appstore is trying to bill me to download it.

Just tried it my self. Said my code has been redeemed

Same here, I sent an email to the only visible email address in the mail received @ uptodatesupport@apple.com. I suggest everyone send an email to that address.
