There is no up and coming 6SE, Apple just released the SE, they're not about to roll out a new SE mere months from introducing the first model.
But that was one of the rumours.
Any official announcement from Apple?
I can't seem to distinguish official announcements from rumours.

What was one of the rumors? Official announcement about what?

SE can stand for whatever they want it to. What does "s" on the s models stand for these days?
While true in a sense, I believe there was an article mentioning that either Tim Cook himself or one of the other executives said that SE stood for special edition (now whether that's more of just an unofficial/internal take on it than anything else, that's something hard to really put a finger on).

So why correct him by saying that is will be the iPhone 7 and not the 6SE. Both are rumors.

Did you even read what you just wrote?

Why would I tell the OP that this would possibly be called the iPhone 7 or 6SE for that matter? Did Apple confirm this? No. Because thats exactly what it is, a rumored website. The OP addressed the new iPhone as if he/she was confident this was indefinite of what the iPhone would be labeled.

Again, this a rumored website, nothing is official until Apple confirms Anything. There, I fixed it for you.

I know that's what they said, I just mean that they can continue to make SE models just for the sake of consistency without each one having to be a "special edition". Just like the "s" originally stood for "speed" in order to emphasize that that the 3Gs was a faster iPhone 3G. After that, each new design got an "s" model, and no one even bothers to explain what it stands for anymore. It's just a convention. So just because SE means "special edition" this time doesn't mean that SE models can't become a regular thing, especially if they're moving to a 3 year redesign cycle. The second year you call it the "s" model, what do you call it the third year? Possibly the SE? Who knows...
