Is it just me, or does that cover image kind of look like... Ashton Kutcher?

Not joking, I think I finally see the resemblance.

"The book explores the story of how Steve Jobs made the transformation from an arrogant young man exiled from Apple to the visionary leader that skyrocketed Apple to fame."

Pixar and NeXT. #saveaclick

Sensational new stories indeed!

The cover and title of Becoming Steve Jobs are giving me a distinctly Hannibal Rising vibe:

Sounds like this book will be much better than Walter Isaacson's. When Jony Ive was asked about the latter he said: "my regard couldn't be any lower". Ouch.

I wasn't a fan of Isaacson's book at all. I'm hoping this is more genuine. Also better written.

Can't be worse than Isaacson's I guess.
I rather enjoyed the official Jobs biography. There could be quite some bias mixed in there seeing as how at the time it came out when I read it I was quite the Apple fanboy, but I think anyone with an interest in this industry and its politics, emotion, and money would get something out of reading it. I'd read an official bio of Gates, Zuckerberg, Dorsey, Page--you get the idea--in a heartbeat because what these pioneers have done to advance technology is just mind-blowing.
